Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using www.lumiaunlock.com (“the Site”) operated by LumiaUnlock (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.lumiaunlock.com

The following are the Terms of Service relating to all orders placed on www.lumiaunlock.com.

By ordering an Unlock Service for your phone you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the correct IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), the correct phone’s brand and model, and also the country it is locked to

Alterations to a cellular device may invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. You are responsible for checking the device warranty.

Unsupported GSM Networks

Unfortunately we do not support service providers that use CDMA technology: e.g. Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Metro PCS etc.

It is the customers responsibility to check the compatibility of their handset with the network they intend to use once unlocked.

If a network is not listed on our site, please contact us to see if new service are on, or check our blog.

Payments

We accept almost any credit/debit cars. We use Paypal as our main payment processing framework, but also Skrill.
Our prices are displayed in euro (€) and we process payment in €.

In case you (the customer) want to make payment a currencies apart from US Dollars, international conversion charges will be automatically applied to payments made from different currencies (applied rates are those of the credit/bank account issuer.

We are not responsible for applied currency conversions rates.

We reserve the right to cancel the orders which we feel are suspicious and/or fraudulent.

Service Delivery

All prices and delivery times are as quoted and displayed on product order page.

In some rare cases there might be some delays to displayed delivery time.
In those rare cases, our support service will immediately notify you and keep you informed of all processing steps until the codes are generated or refund done.

Refund Policy

If we fail to provide you a unlock code for your IMEI [Code not Found or generated by our servers] we will issue a 100% refund within 2 business days.

Most of the time an unlock code will be a available for your device and will work without any issues. In a few rare cases the unlock service may not work

If the phone is reported as stolen and the carrier has barred/blacklisted it.
If your phone is hardlocked ie. too many attempts have been done to unlock your phone before. Depending on the manufacturer of your phone you may have 5-10 attempts to use a unlock code.
If the IMEI number, service provider(carrier your phone is locked to) or phone model given to us is incorrect.
If we fail to unlock the handset, we will contact you to confirm that the information entered when the order was placed was accurate.

If all the information entered at the time the order was placed is correct, we reserve the right to require additional evidence to verify the claim that the unlock procedure did not unlock your device. You will be required to send us a video recording showing the device in question, along with the IMEI number displayed on the device screen. Additionally, the video must show you inserting an alternate GSM SIM card in the device and the displayed message on the screen, then you typing the unlock code and the message displayed after you type in the code. These measures are the only way that we can verify the validity of your claim.

For the Video refund, you MUST contact us first, as different devices have different video requirements. If these requirements are not met, our suppliers with whom we work with may refuse a refund.
